People Recommend Ways Women Could Come Off As More Approachable To Men They Are Interested In

It's no secret that many of us are sick of dating apps. We're looking for what we saw in the romantic comedies growing up. It seemed like every romantic lead in those movies would simply walk outside and bump into the person they were meant to be with for the rest of their lives. Every movie has the most adorable meet-cutes, and we figured it would be just as easy for us. Unfortunately, reality isn't rainbows and butterflies, and we've had to get more creative when it comes to romanticizing our lives. In a Reddit dating thread, Reddit user u/Sea_Play_9608 asked the dating community about how to seem more approachable to men on a night out. She claims that men have looked in her direction before, but they're always too shy to muster up the courage and start talking to her. The people of Reddit headed to the thread to offer some quality advice to her about how to appear less intimidating so men will feel comfortable approaching her in the future.     Font - so you can 1. be more obvious with your interest. it could be something as simple as a smile which may not be guaranteed 100% 2. get away from the old mentality that guys need to make all the first moves. who says you can't go talk to a guy, go say hi to a guy, compliment a guy to maybe trigger a convo. you dont need to follow the social norms that girls have to do nothing and guys must do everything.

A lot of guys are afraid to seem creepy and annoying by walking up and bothering some random girl. But I have never once felt bothered when a girl has approached me. Even if I'm not attracted to her, it still feels nice

You need to make sure that they can very clearly comprehend that you are interested in being approached. I mean just short of carrying around a custom made neon sign kind of obvious.

Then steer the conversation into things you want to do but have no one to go with. Even if it's normal things, he may get the hint and invite himself sort of.

Ask a question generally and then follow up with "What do you think"? directed at him. Touch the top of his hand or his wrist while you do so. 3. If he makes a joke lean against his shoulder and laugh.
